The Tuffeau offers magnificent volumes: its "cellar sky" is over 4 meters high, which allowed us to imagine a mezzanine for the sleeping area (double bed).
A series of wooden slats preserves privacy while harmoniously capturing the outside light.
Two original portholes are positioned in line with the occupants of this "airy" room: the view of the vineyards on the opposite hillside is ideal.
The living room below has a wood-burning stove. A wooden table, armchairs, a sofa, and a dining area adorn this room. An unusual sleeping area is nestled in a cavity in the rock, overlooking the room: a wooden door with a moon-shaped embrasure opens onto a bed...
It's the Breton box-bed revisited in the spirit of Tours! A second small adjoining bedroom offers another single bed. Finally, a private terrace allows guests to enjoy the outdoor space.
