Bed and Breakfast Le Clos Baudoin
Article 1 – Purpose
This contract is intended exclusively for the reservation of stays in the bed and breakfast. The owner commits to personally welcoming the guests with all necessary attentions to facilitate their stay and to provide knowledge about the region.
Article 2 – Duration of Stay
The client signing this contract for a specified duration cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises beyond that period.
Article 3 – Cancellation by the Owner
If the owner cancels the stay before its start, they must inform the client by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email with delivery confirmation. The client, without prejudice to any claims for damages suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for the amounts paid.
Article 3 – Cancellation by the Client
Up to 15 days before the start of the stay, the reservation amount will be refunded, minus a processing fee (€10).
After this period, 50% of the stay cost will be due.
Article 4 – Arrival
The client must arrive on the specified day between 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM. In case of late or delayed arrival, the client must notify the owner.
Article 5 – Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the rooms between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM. A margin of fifteen minutes before or after this time frame is accepted upon the client’s request.
Article 6 – Payment of Balance
In the case of a reservation with a deposit, the balance is to be paid upon arrival at the owner’s premises.
Article 7 – Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the owner, who then forwards it to the tax authorities. It amounts to €0.80 per day per adult.
Article 8 – Use of the Premises
The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. A small catering area is available for guests; consumption on-site is possible but cooking is not allowed. The client commits to returning the rooms in good condition and must report any damage they may cause and be responsible for repairs. The rooms are non-smoking areas.
Article 9 – Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner has the right to refuse the additional guests. Such refusal cannot be considered as a modification or termination of the contract initiated by the owner. Therefore, if guests exceeding the agreed number leave, no refund can be granted.
Article 10 – Pets
Pets are not allowed. In case a client leaves due to the refusal of their pet, no refund will be given.
Article 11 – Departure
Departure must take place at the end of the reserved night, before 11:30 AM.
